Blue Jays Participating in 2023 World Baseball Classic

José Berríos, Alejandro Kirk, and other Blue Jays and Toronto prospects will compete in the international baseball tournament this spring.

Some Blue Jays will play meaningful baseball in less than a month.

The 2023 World Baseball Classic is set to run from March 8 to 21 during MLB Spring Training this year and will contain at least nine Blue Jays across the 20 participating teams. Here's a breakdown of all known Blue Jays and Toronto prospects who made WBC rosters:

The 2023 WBC tournament begins in early month with a group stage containing four groupings of five teams. The top two countries in each group will then move on to an eight-team, single-elimination bracket. The final will be played on March 21, nine days before MLB Opening Day.
