The Blue Jays' representatives at the 2023 Future Game shared an inning of relief for the American League side on Saturday.

Sem Robberse and Yosver Zulueta combined to allow three runs in the sixth frame, striking out three batters while walking none. The AL fell 5-0 to the NL in the seven-inning showcase game in Seattle.

Robberse opened the inning by allowing two singles on grounders through the infield. Facing Chicago's BJ Murray Jr. for his third and final batter, the 21-year-old Netherlands native twirled a full-count breaking ball to the bottom corner of the zone for a strikeout. After his three batters of work, Robberse gave way to Zulueta.

Zulueta's half of the frame embodied the Cuban's upside and issues this season. The righty, who has struggled with command at times, hit his first batter on the foot and left a sinking fastball out over the heart of the plate for a base-clearing double. But then, Zulueta dialed in and struck out the final two batters of the inning.

Both right-handers will return to their respective Blue Jays minor-league affiliates after the break, with Zulueta pitching out of the Triple-A Bisons' bullpen and Robberse working for Double-A New Hampshire as a starter.
