The Blue Jays will be buyers at the July 30 MLB Trade Deadline, that much is clear. 

President and CEO Mark Shapiro met with the media on Saturday to discuss the team's return to Toronto, but also hinted at adding talent beyond just defense and bullpen help — two of Toronto's biggest needs.
