The Milwaukee Bucks reasserted their dominance over the Detroit Pistons by pulling off a 122-113 win on Monday night.

It was Milwaukee's second win in three days against Detroit, with the Bucks sweeping the Pistons in their four-game regular-season series. The team ended its three-game road trip 2-1 to improve to 30-13 on the season.

Giannis stuffed the stat sheet

Giannis Antetokounmpo powered the Bucks with his sixth triple-double of the season, collecting 31 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists.

All the Milwaukee starters scored in double figures, with Khris Middleton adding 26 points to jump to third on the franchise's all-time scoring list.

Damian Lillard had 17, Brook Lopez chipped in 15 points and 11 rebounds, while Malik Beasley contributed 13 points.

The two squads faced each other on Saturday, with the Bucks securing a 141-135 win. Milwaukee also played well down the stretch in this one, as Detroit rallied in the fourth quarter after trailing by as many as nine points in the third.

Strong late-game push

The Pistons took a 109-107 lead in the final 5:52, but Milwaukee stepped up on defense, limiting the Pistons to just two field goals the rest of the way to ice the win.

The Bucks took the lead for good when Lopez hit a triple that made it 110-109. Giannis hit two free throws, and Beasley sank a three before Middleton capped Milwaukee's 15-2 run with a three-pointer, giving the Bucks a 122-111 lead with only 2:05 left.

Marcus Sasser led the Pistons with 23 points. Isaiah Stewart added 19 points, while Jaden Ivey had 17 in the team's sixth-straight loss at home. Detroit further dropped to the bottom of the standings in the Eastern Conference with a league-worst 4-39 slate.

After the three-game road trip, the Bucks are on a three-game home stand, including two matchups against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday and Saturday.
