After a successful road trip wherein they won three of four games, the Chicago Bulls (31-33) hope to bring their momentum to a home game against Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks (36-28).

Bulls bounceback?

Chicago couldn’t complete a perfect road trip on Saturday when they lost to the Los Angeles Clippers, 112-102. While the Bulls' fourth-quarter magic had carried them to three impressive victories against the Utah Jazz, Golden State Warriors, and the Sacramento Kings, it was nowhere to be found against the Clippers.

Whether it was tired legs, the Clippers’ suffocating defense, or just one of those nights, the Bulls didn’t have it in the fourth. They made only five of 18 shots and missed all but one of their nine three-point attempts.

On Monday, the Bulls must contend with Doncic. One of the NBA’s most prolific all-around players, Doncic is averaging 34.7 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 9.8 assists per game this season. The Bulls will have their hands full trying to slow him down.

Torrey Craig questionable

The Bulls’ reserve forward Torrey Craig is questionable to play after suffering an ankle sprain in the previous game. His potential absence is crucial as his size and strength may be useful in trying to defend Doncic. Without Craig, the Bulls will likely turn to Alex Caruso and Ayo Dosunmu to fill in at the small forward position.
