Raptors, forward Hollis-Jefferson agree to one-year deal

The Toronto Raptors have agreed to a one-year deal with free-agent forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, according to Shams Charania of Stadium.

Hollis-Jefferson, 24, spent the first four seasons of his NBA career with the Brooklyn Nets, whom selected him with the 23rd overall pick of the 2015 draft out of Arizona.

He averaged 8.9 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 20.9 minutes in 59 games (21 starts) last season, shooting 41.1 percent from the field and 64.5 percent from the free-throw line.

Hollis-Jefferson carries career averages of 9.9 points, 5.9 rebounds. 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals in 23.6 minutes in 234 games (167 starts), along with a shooting line of 44.4/22.3/73.9.
