D'Antoni says Kerr's Harden tweet is 'no big deal'

CLEVELAND -- According to Houston head coach Mike D'Antoni, there are no hard feeling about an errant tweet from Warriors head coach Steve Kerr that criticized James Harden.

In case you missed it, on Thursday Kerr responded to a tweet with video of Harden that appeared to show him traveling before draining a 3-pointer. The tweet said: "It's an embarrassment. I think the league is so happy with all the scoring that it doesn't want to enforce stuff like that."

The tweet was deleted within a minute, but not before some users took screenshots of Kerr's response.

At Warriors' shootaround on Friday, Kerr told ESPN that he thought he was sending a direct message. On Saturday in Cleveland, D'Antoni said that he didn't think the tweet was a big deal, as long as that response wasn't meant for the commissioner. "It was DM he was trying to send a direct message to somebody right?," he asked. "As long as it's not (commissioner) AdamSilver, I'm OK with it. It depends who the friend is. It's no big deal." When asked if he thought Harden traveled on the play, D'Antoni of course said no. But maybe he should have tweeted his response. "I did, I just deleted it," he joked. "It's all good." The Rockets take on the Cavaliers on Saturday night at 8:30.
