How Miami Heat's Twitter Reacted To Saturday's Loss To The New York Knicks

Concern for the Miami Heat's season builds after a sixth consecutive loss.

Okay, now may be the time to panic.

The Miami Heat suffered a blowout loss to the New York Knicks Saturday night, marking their sixth loss in a row.

During this stretch, Miami has lost to teams from the short-handed Memphis Grizzlies to the league-best Boston Celtics. Inconsistency is one thing, but the Heat are struggling against their opponents no matter how bad or good they are.

So in other words, they're consistently losing.

Usually, some Heat fans overreact or exaggerate. But after another blowout defeat, their concerns are justified.

Many thought Terry Rozier would be the saving grace Miami needed. Since acquiring the former Charlotte Hornets star, the Heat have lost by an average of 19.3 points. Meanwhile, Rozier struggled once again, shooting 33 percent from the field for just 10 points. Some fans suggested making another trade, this time for a big to help rebound and defend.

"Better game but we still lacking in the size department," one user said. "Couple of big men looking for a home Miami. Make it happen. The East literally built their rosters to beat us. We can’t ignore that and keep playing small ball."

It’s hard to imagine what Miami does from here. Searching from within doesn’t seem to be working, but they may not want to place all their faith in another trade. Either way, something needs to change before the Heat continue down this downward spiral.

The Heat play the Phoenix Suns (26-19) Monday night.
