How Miami Heat’s Twitter Reacted to the Win Against the Cleveland Cavaliers Friday Night

The Heat bounced back in their win against the Cavaliers.

The Miami Heat need to stack wins in the final month of the regular season to ensure they have a comfortable position in the postseason. Their rally from a double-digit deficit against the Cleveland Cavaliers Friday was one way to give fans optimism.

The Heat’s comeback efforts fell short against Cleveland on Wednesday but they capitalized with a victory in the rematch.

“Jimmy is the only person that gives me hope,” HeatCulture said. “He’s been absolutely unstoppable since after the break, he deserves a better team around him. Shoutout to Herro for that huge 4th quarter, Caleb is thriving in his original role and Strus finally hit his 3s. Gotta do it again tomorrow.”

The main subject of praise from Heat fans was Jimmy Butler, who had 33 points, including 12 in the fourth quarter.

Tyler Herro received some love as well after contributing 25 points on 5 of 7 shooting from 3-point range. Even for as bad as the Heat’s numbers arefrom the arc, Herro remains the team’s main shootert. He is shooting 43.8 percent from downtown since the All-Star break.

While fans appreciated the win, some were frustrated with Miami’s inconsistency. The inability to string together consecutive wins is why the Heat are seventh in the Eastern Conference.

“Why can’t you guys consistently win games back to back,” one fan said. “It’s always win one lose one. We have the team to be top 4 easily.”

The Heat play the Orlando Magic (27-40) tonight.
