How Miami Heat's Twitter Reacted To Tuesday Win Over Portland Trail Blazers

The Miami Heat have won nine of the last 11 games after Tuesday's victory against the Portland Trail Blazers

The Miami Heat's underwhelming start against the Portland Trail Blazers Tuesday night concerned many fans at first.

But the comeback victory wiped away those concerns, and instead the fans celebrated their fifth consecutive victory.

It certainly helped to have Jimmy Butler, Terry Rozier and Nikola Jovic back in the mix. Butler led the way with 22 points, nine assists, four steals and two blocks. Duncan Robinson bounced back Tuesday with a 17-point performance on 4 of 6 shooting from 3-point range.

Meanwhile, star guard Rozier had his second-highest scoring performance in Miami with 19 points. Rozier's start with the Heat has been underwhelming, but performances like these show his potential as a possible No. 2 scoring option beside Butler.

And of course, Heat fans had to slight Trail Blazers general manager Joe Cronin, the culprit of the Damian Lillard trade failing to succeed. Now, fans are basically thanking him for not taking Jaime Jaquez Jr. or Tyler Herro in exchange for Lillard.

With a healthy Rozier and Tyler Herro nearing a return after missing two games with a knee injury, the Heat are looking to start playing their best basketball at the right time. They now hold the No. 5 spot in the Eastern Conference standings after winning nine of the last 11 games.

The Heat play the Denver Nuggets (39-19) Thursday night.
