WATCH: Brandon Miller's Draft Night Call with Michael Jordan
Very few players get the opportunity of a lifetime by having the GOAT of basketball, Michael Jordan, give them a call on draft night. Brandon Miller, the Charlotte Hornets' second overall pick, was one of four players who received that call on Thursday night and it's something he'll cherish forever.
Miller could be one of the last handful of players to be on the receiving end of those draft night calls from MJ as a new ownership group led by Gabe Plotkin and Rick Schnall works its way in. However, Jordan will retain a minority stake in the organization, so there's a chance he'll still be in the room on draft night calling the newest members of the Hornets.
