Matt Alquiza: Timberwolves 120, Hornets 115
Kelly Oubre should return tonight giving the Hornets some juice on offense, but they still won’t be able to overcome Minnesota. Anthony Edwards has made a leap and the Hornets porous defense will have a hard time stopping the young star. Tonight’s game should be fun, but unfortunately Charlotte will lose their first game post all-star.
Karter Baughan: Timberwolves 126, Hornets 115
Rudy Gobert versus Mark Williams will be an interesting matchup but Anthony Edwards will ultimately be the difference in this one. It will be close for the majority of the game and then in the 4th the Hornets will run out of steam. The Hornets defense in recent games hasn’t been great, expect that trend to continue.
Nicholas Mullick: Timberwolves 130, Hornets 102
Even if Kelly Oubre comes back, the Timberwolves really should take care of business against a bad Hornets team. I legit can't think of one thing the Hornets have the advantage over the Timberwolves in this game. This game has blowout written all over it.
