It is still stunning that the Hornets beat the Mavericks last game with half of their team injured. It is panic time for Mavericks. They need to win this game to at least ensure they make the play-in a tournament. The Hornets should yet again make this game close again, but the Mavericks wake up and get the W here.

Charlotte had one of the more impressive performances of the season on Friday in Dallas to beat this Mavs team. On the second night of a back-to-back missing as many players as they were, the Hornets got it done. They certainly benefitted from the boost they received from the return of Mark Williams, but they were still missing almost all of their regular rotation guards. I expect the Hornets to keep this one close in Charlotte because the Mavs just really aren’t playing well as of late, but in the end, Dallas pulls this one out as they fight for their playoff lives.
