The announcement Jazz fans have been waiting for all season is now official. Vivint Smart Home Arena will be at FULL CAPACITY for the second round of the NBA Playoffs. Masks and a health screening will still be required to attend games, but you and 18,300 of your closest friends can now watch the game live from inside the arena.

The last fan attendance increase came just before the Playoffs began, when it was announced that 13,000 fans could attend round one against the Memphis Grizzlies. News of the increase to full capacity came by way of the Utah Jazz PR team and through a series of tweets from the team's beat writers.

Since May 14, the Utah Jazz had been allowing around 13,000 fans into the arena for home games. Previously to that, the Jazz had begun the season with 1,500 fans before upping the attendance to 3,902, then advancing to 5,600 before upping the attendance rule to 13,000 three weeks ago.

Vivint Smart Home Arena will be filled to it's fullest capacity as of game one against either the Dallas Mavericks or the Los Angeles Clippers.

According to the "Return to the Arena" page on the Utah Jazz official website, fans in attendance must still pass a health screening before entering the arena, wear a mask, and use digital tickets. Purses and bags will not be allowed inside the arena.
