Top Performers in Utah's Win Over the Lakers

The Utah Jazz cruised to a team victory over the Lakers.

The Utah Jazz, who were without superstar Donovan Mitchell, cruised to a road victory over the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday night. Here are the top performers from the Jazz's victory over the Lakers.

1. Rudy Gobert

The Jazz lost to the Lakers in overtime just two days ago without Rudy Govert and Mike Conley. In that game, Andre Drummond scored 27 points on 10/15 shooting. It was a different story on Monday night with Gobert as the primary defender on Drummond - Drummond scored just 8 points on 3/12 shooting. Gobert also added 14 points of his own and 10 rebounds.

2. Royce O'Neale

Over the last few weeks, Royce O'Neale has been in a shooting slump. O'Neale was a perfect 5/5 on Monday night including 3/3 from deep. He also had 5 assists, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks. The Jazz really need O'Neale to be hitting from three in the playoffs. When he is, the Jazz are nearly impossible to stop.

3. Joe Ingles

Joe Ingles extended Utah's lead with a fantastic third quarter. Ingles was hitting shots off the bounce, and finishing in the lane off the pick-and-roll. Ingles finished with 21 points, 5 assists, and 4 rebounds.

4. Mike Conley

The Jazz's flow on offense improved substantially on Monday night compared to Saturday night, and Mike Conley was a big part of that. Conley had 14 points and 10 assists. As a team, the Jazz assisted on 29 out of 43 (67%) field goals.
