Update: Game Five Recap and Western Conference Semifinals Schedule

Tough night for the Utah Jazz as they fall to the Los Angeles Clippers in Game Five

Game Five Recap:

The first half of game five included a shooting barrage by both the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Clippers. Bojan Bogdanovic was lights out, connecting on 6/7 shots and finishing the first quarter with 18-points. Los Angeles countered on each Jazz run, holding the game within striking distance. 

Utah was ahead at halftime 65-60, but couldn't buy a shot in the third quarter. The Clippers 32-points in the third trounced the Jazz 18-points, allowing Los Angeles to take a 9-point advantage into the final 12-minutes of the game.

With just over five minutes left in regulation, Utah found themselves down by three points with the momentum on their side. Two quick buckets by Reggie Jackson extended the Clippers lead to eight and swung the momentum back into LA's favor. 

The Clippers would win game five 119-111 and take a 3-2 series lead. Game six will be played at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Friday night.
