Jazz-Heat Injury Report: Tyler Herro Status Revealed

The Utah Jazz will head home after today's game versus the Miami Heat.

The Utah Jazz will finish their three-game road trip when they face the Miami Heat on Saturday. Both teams could be missing some key contributors heading into the contest.

Tyler Herro (knee), Haywood Highsmith (knee), Caleb Martin (thumb), Kevin Love (heel) are questionable while Josh Richardson (shoulder) are out. As for Utah, Walker Kessler (foot) and Jordan Clarkson (illness) are questionable..

Utah will be looking to get back on track after dropping the first two games of its current road trip. The Jazz showed they still have some fight in them in Thursday night's defeat versus the Orlando Magic. Playing on the road hasn't faired well for the Jazz this year, but their last game did show that the players haven't given up on the season.

As for Jazz fans, they’re divided on whether it's in Utah’s best interest to win or lose games for the remainder of the season. All eyes are on the standings to see if Utah will land in the bottom 10 of the NBA overall standings.

A bottom-10 finish means Utah will keep their 2024 first-round pick. The selection goes to the Oklahoma City Thunder for anything outside of that. Utah is fading fast and is 1/2 game behind the Atlanta Hawks for the 10 spot.

Utah has only won once in eight tries since the trade deadline deals that saw Kelly Olynyk, Simone Fontecchio, and Ochai Agbaji leave Salt Lake City. If the selection will convey this season, Utah must figure out how to turn the ship around quickly. The tip-off for today's game is at 3:00 p.m. MST.
