Full Kings vs. Jazz Injury Report for Season Opener Rematch

The Kings have the advantage on available players in Saturday's match-up against the Jazz.

The Sacramento Kings (14-9) are in the midst of a six-game home stretch and will take on an opponent they have already beaten once this season in game two of that stretch - the Utah Jazz (9-16). The two teams played on their opening night in Utah with the Kings comfortably moving past the Jazz by a score of 130-114 and will look to put the season series to 2-0 in their favor.

While All-Star G De'Aaron Fox suffered a minor shoulder injury Thursday against the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Jazz have numerous injuries of their own that might keep both teams from competing at full strength Saturday night.

Injury Report Kings vs. Jazz 12/16

Kings:

G De'Aaron Fox - QUESTIONABLE (shoulder)

C Alex Len - OUT (ankle)

Jazz:

G Talen Horton-Tucker - QUESTIONABLE (illness)

C Omer Yurtseven - QUESTIONABLE (illness)

F John Collins - OUT (illness)

G Keyonte George - OUT (foot)

G Jordan Clarkson - OUT (thigh)

F Luka Samanic - OUT (illness)

De'Aaron Fox is the glue of the Kings, but with the Jazz missing lots of key players and G Keon Ellis performing strongly, it may be best for him to rest Saturday and even in the Kings' next game against the Washington Wizards. The Kings are 2-0 with Ellis in the line-up.

The Jazz have caught the stomach bug with four players on the injury report for illnesses. Aside from that, rookie guard Keyonte George picked up a left foot injury during the team's game against the New York Knicks, and Jordan Clarkson suffered a right bicep femoris strain in his thigh and will be out for at least two weeks.

Jazz All-Star F Lauri Markkanen missed 9 of the last 10 games, but will play Saturday night against the Kings in a return to the court.

The Kings take on the Jazz at 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET at Golden 1 Center.
