Lakers News: Taurean Prince Scratched From Starting Lineup With Injury vs Clippers

The injury bug is hitting the Lakers.

Los Angeles Lakers starting forward Taurean Prince was scratched from the starting lineup of Wednesday's game against the Clippers due to an injury he suffered pregame. He went to the locker room, and Cam Reddish was inserted into the starting lineup.

Prince is dealing with knee soreness that flared up during warm-ups.

The Lakers are already without Rui Hachimura and Gabe Vincent on Wednesday, so their depth is being tested early against the Clippers.

Prince has not yet been ruled out of Wednesday's game, but he's currently getting looked at in the locker room, and isn't able to play as of right now.

Reddish was inserted into the starting lineup, but expect to see a lot more Max Christie today if Prince is unable to go.

We will continue to provide updates on Prince's status when we know more.
