Lakers News: Starters Unveiled For Thursday's Bulls Clash

It's time for the Lakers to return to their playoff lineup.

As your 22-23 Los Angeles Lakers square off with the 21-24 Chicago Bulls tonight, here's a look at LA's starting five:

The team's dynamic offensive (yet disastrous defensive) backcourt of D'Angelo Russell and Austin Reaves will make another start together, as the two score-first guards have been a staple of the team in recent weeks after some highly confusing lineup adjustments.

Expect another solid offensive showing from the combo guards as they look to overcome former Lakers guard Alex Caruso's tenacious defense.

At the wing spots, Taurean Prince and LeBron James will start together once again, as the two have done every game this season season while healthy. The Baylor product will look to complement James as defensive answers for star Chicago wing DeMar DeRozan.

Anthony Davis will return to his usual role manning the middle, setting LA up for a strong defensive performance on the interior, while also dealing with the fairly versatile shotmaking of All-Star Bulls center Nikola Vucevic.

Darvin Ham seems set on not returning to last season's Western Conference Finals lineup, which featured Jarred Vanderbilt instead of Taurean Prince, much to the dismay of fans. We'll see if continued mediocrity this season eventually changes his stance.
