Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James amazed many with his defensive prowess earlier in his career, specifically through his pension for the chase-down block.
Many analysts coined the term and bestowed the moniker on James as his signature move when an opponent drove to the basket in transition.
James' defense isn't what it used to be when he was in his prime. During a Bleacher Report interview, rising Brooklyn Nets star small forward Mikal Bridges recently explained how he got LeBrno back with his own trick earlier in his career. described his thoughts on getting LeBron back with his trick earlier in his career.
"It was dope," Bridges said. "It was cool but I was just so locked in, I couldn't really, you know, think. I think everybody, like all my friends and stuff was super geeked, that like 'Oh you did LeBron' and the fans and stuff. But I was just hyped I got to block."

Many thought Brooklyn would fall off a cliff without Durant or Kyrie Irving but the team kept pace in the East due to Bridges' emergence as their first option.
Brooklyn couldn't beat Philadelphia a single time in their playoff series but Bridges' rise to prominence makes him a name to watch in 2024.
A defensive maestro, Bridges' skillset nearly helped Phoenix to an NBA title before Giannis Antetokounmpo put on a performance unseen since Shaquille O'Neal to beat the Suns in six hard-fought games.
Now in his first full season with the Nets, many aren't expecting much from the rangy forward and the rag-tag bunch Brooklyn hold in the aftermath of trading their superstars.
However, James knows just how great his skillset is and so will the rest of the NBA this season.
