During Sunday's 128-112 win over the Memphis Grizzlies, Los Angeles Lakers center Anthony Davis proved that he remains an intimidating two-way superstar when he's healthy.

In the win, Davis played a team-high 36:32 (remember, it became a blowout late). He notched a game-high +27 plus-minus, while scoring 22 points on 10-of-17 shooting from the floor and 2-of-2 shooting from the free throw line. The 6'10" big man out of the University of Kentucky also pulled down 12 boards, blocks a whopping seven (seven!) blocks, dished out three dimes, and swiped three steals.

Dan Woike of The Los Angeles Times spoke with reserve point guard Dennis Schröder about just how impactful the eight-time All-Star has been for LA during the team's postseason.

“On the offensive end, for him, people are double teaming him. And he always makes the right decision and always tries to find the right man or the open man,” Schröder said. “But on the defensive end, he’s our anchor. He does so much for us.”

Los Angeles next squares off against the Grizzlies for the second game of the two teams' first round playoff matchup tonight at 4:30 p.m. PT.
