Orlando Magic Has 'Built a Really Good Culture', Says Brooklyn Nets' Mikal Bridges

Despite the Orlando Magic's win streak coming to and end, opponents are impressed with how the team is playing and the culture that it has built.

The Orlando Magic has surprised a lot of people this season with its very impressive play as of late, and the team's opponents are among the people who are believers in the team.

Brooklyn Nets forward Mikal Bridges was the key factor in snapping the Magic's win streak on Saturday night, as he finished with 42 points in the game. And in his postgame conference, he spoke very highly of what has been built in Orlando.

"Orlando’s a good team & they've been together for a long time," Bridges said. "They’re building really good culture, love their coach that's my guy. They’re just building something right over there &, they all play hard, play for one another."

Magic coach Jamahl Mosley has preached consistency and continuity when it comes to the lineup, as he has not made any really big moves. Instead, he has opted to keep the same core group and let them grow together, and as a result, it almost seems like the Magic plays harder than other teams.

"They're doing something really good over there," Bridges said. "They're just locked in, and I love it. I love the energy, cause they're all over there boosted up and excited for their teammates. They're all got love for each other, and it's dope to see that."

The Magic has really changed its identity this year, and the team could be poised to make some real noise in the postseason if it is able to keep this up. The Magic will be back in action on Wednesday against Donovan Mitchell and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. ET from Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
