Magic's Paolo Banchero Gifts 'Rotary' Luka 1 PE to Seattle Kids

Magic star Paolo Banchero gifted pairs of his exclusive Jordan Brand 'Rotary' Luka 1 PE to Seattle area kids before beginning training with Team USA.

Orlando Magic star Paolo Banchero is off to an impressive start to his NBA career. After being selected No. 1 overall in the 2022 NBA Draft, he went on to earn the Rookie of the Year award, averaging 20.0 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 72 games.

Ahead of his second NBA season, Banchero has a busy summer that still has plenty of notable moments yet to unfold. He is currently training with Team USA in Las Vegas in preparation for the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup. Before doing so, he was in Seattle to give back to the community.

Banchero recently unveiled the Rotary-inspired Jordan Luka 1 PE, inspired by the colors of the Rotary Style Basketball AAU program that he played for when growing up in Seattle.

In a video posted to his official Instagram account, Banchero highlighted the Seattle-based basketball program and the Luka 1 PE.

Banchero recently gifted free pairs of the shoes to 7th and 8th grade students through the Boys & Girls Club, with former NBA guard Jamal Crawford also in attendance. The colorway of the shoe will remain exclusive to only Banchero and the kids from the program.

Before being selected No. 1 overall in last year's NBA Draft, Banchero had signed a multiyear endorsement deal with Jordan Brand.
