Novak Djokovic is one of the greatest tennis players of all-time. He's also from the same country as Nikola Jokic - Serbia. As a great athlete, Djokovic can recognize greatness, and that's exactly what he sees in his Serbian brother.

In an interview with Fanduel, Djokovic revealed his honest thoughts about Nikola Jokic and shared tremendous praise.

"The Sombor Shuffle, I actually watched it half an hour ago," Djokovic said. "My NBA Instagram page posted some of his shots that he makes from one foot, going backwards, over AD and LeBron. I mean, it's incredible. He is MVP for me, for sure."

The tennis great added even more to his previous statement, going as far to call Jokic the best basketball player in the world and the pride of Serbia, even over himself.

"I don't think anyone can do what he's doing at the moment," Djokovic said. "He's definitely the best basketball player in the world, and I cheer for him greatly. He's an amazing guy, he's the pride of Serbia, and we're so proud of him. We hope that he can win his first ring."

If Nikola Jokic wins his first NBA Championship, not only will it validate his MVP trophies, it'll likely propel him to unanimously be dubbed the best basketball player in the world. All that's left for him is to win four more games this season.
