After winning the 2023 NBA Championship and Finals MVP award, Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic was excited to return home and race horses. This is one of Jokic's offseason hobbies, and something that is a big deal in his hometown. Jokic even talked about watching his friend race horses during his break between the Western Conference Finals and NBA Finals, so it has been clear that horse racing is something the reigning Finals MVP takes seriously.

Recently taking a victory in one of these races, Jokic was seen celebrating by singing into a microphone. This video has been going viral on Twitter, as fans are loving the offseason Jokic content:

The video has been circulating the internet for the entire day, with each outlet racking up thousands of views on the incredible footage. While Jokic is primarily reserved, he has rightfully been enjoying his offseason, as this is one of several videos that has surfaced of the Nuggets star having fun.

Initially joking about being uninterested in the championship parade, Jokic also let himself have some fun during that celebration, as well as the parties that followed. Since then, the Finals MVP has been seen partying in his home town as well. While some of those championship parties may be slowing down, Jokic himself is not, and recently celebrated a horse race victory.
