Indiana Pacers vs Detroit Pistons: Doug McDermott is available, final injury report, official starting lineups for March 20
The Indiana Pacers start their final long road trip of the season tonight as they battle the Pistons in Detroit. It's the last meeting of the season between the two teams, Indiana is 3-0 against Detroit so far.
The Pistons have been playing better recently, but they are banged up and missing multiple key players. They will be hoping to see solid outings from unproven youngsters. The Pacers, meanwhile, are getting a rotation player back tonight.
