After signing with the Orlando Magic on an Exhibit 10 contract, former Indiana Pacers guard Trevelin Queen has landed with the team on a two-way deal.

Queen was with the Pacers for much of last season — he was also on a two-way contract with Indiana. With the blue and gold, he averaged 3.0 points and 2.4 rebounds per game in seven appearances.

The Pacers waived Queen in late March to open up a two-way slot for Gabe York. In the G League, Queen averaged 22.9 points per game in 35 appearances for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. The year prior, he was the G League MVP.

"He was around all the time, getting extra shots up," Stephen Silas, the head coach of the Houston Rockets during Queen's tenure there, said of Queen. "He would be in the gym by himself when I was there late at night, getting shots up."

The Magic had an open two-way contract during training camp and the preseason, and Queen earned it with his great play. He will split time between Orlando and the Osceola Magic on his new deal.

In preseason action, the 26-year old averaged 9.3 points per game for the Magic. This will be his third-straight season on a two-way deal.

Queen chatted one-on-one with AllPacers last season, in which he discussed his life splitting time between the G League and NBA, his growth, solid outings on the road, and more. He participated in the G League Next Up game at NBA All-Star weekend last year.
