BREAKING: Zion Williamson, Brandon Ingram, Kevin Durant Status For Suns-Pelicans Game, 4/1

The injury and game status of New Orleans Pelicans and Phoenix Suns stars for an important Western Conference showdown.

Tonight's Western Conference showdown between the New Orleans Pelicans (45-29, 6th in the West) and Phoenix Suns (43-31, 8th in the West) is a must-win contest for each team. Neither can afford to drop in the conference standings this late in the season. New Orleans has a 26-19 record against conference foes while the Suns are 24-21.

Again, the team will be without Brandon Ingram and Jose Alvarado, but Zion Williamson will be ready for the clash. The Pelicans starting five will be CJ McCollum, Zion Williamson, Herb Jones, Trey Murphy III, and Jonas Valanciunas.

Phoenix is projected to dress stars Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, with Grayson Allen, Bradley Beal, and Jusuf Nurkic' filling out their starting five.
