Jordan Hawkins Recalled By Pelicans
The New Orleans Pelicans announced that the team has recalled guard Jordan Hawkins from the Birmingham Squadron.
NEW ORLEANS – The New Orleans Pelicans announced that the team has recalled guard Jordan Hawkins from the Birmingham Squadron, the team’s NBA G League affiliate.
Hawkins tallied 32 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and one block in 37 minutes against the Indiana Mad Ants in his lone appearance with the Squadron.
Hawkins 6-5, 192, who New Orleans selected with the 14th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft out of The University of Connecticut, has appeared in 27 games (nine starts) for the Pelicans this season, averaging 10.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 23.9 minutes per contest.
