Raptors Open Final Series vs Heat: Where to Watch, Injury Reports, and More

The Toronto Raptors will take on the Miami Heat in the penultimate game of the season on Friday: Where to watch, injury reports, and more

It's almost over.

The Toronto Raptors will open a two-game set Friday night when they take on the Miami Heat at 8 p.m. ET in the penultimate game of the season.

Where to Watch

TSN and TSN 1050 will broadcast for Toronto. Bally Sports Sun and AM 560 Sports will call the game for Miami.

What to Watch For

  • Toronto hasn't given up quite yet and won't rest anyone Friday night despite a loss probably being a favorable outcome for the Raptors. In that respect, Toronto should be relaitvely competitive with RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley both ready to go.
  • Gradey Dick is coming off his best game of the season on Wednesday and the hope is he can finish the year strong and head into a big offseason of conditioning. Expect Dick to slide back to the bench if Gary Trent Jr. is ready to return.
  • Toronto just needs one more loss to clinch the sixth-worst record in the NBA this season and it's probably better to get that out of the way Friday to avoid any shenanigans on Sunday. Ideally the Raptors can keep it close, but a loss wouldn't hurt at all.

Injury Reports

Trent and Bruce Brown are listed as questionable for Toronto. Scottie Barnes, Jakob Poeltl, DJ Carton, Chris Boucher, and Jontay Porter are all out.

The Heat will be without Duncan Robinson and Josh Richardson.

Game Odds

The Raptors are +14.5 point underdogs with an implied win probability of 12.5%. The total for the game is 218.5.
