The Houston Rockets (7-6) will play the final game of their brief home stand on Friday night against the Denver Nuggets (10-5) inside the Toyota Center. The Rockets will be looking to build off of their last win vs. the Memphis Grizzlies Wednesday night.
Dillon Brooks got the better of his former team as he and the rest of the Rockets were able to beat the Grizzlies 111-91 after it being a close game at halftime. The team was propelled by a great performance from Jalen Green, who scored 34 points and shot an even 50.0 percent from the field.
The Rockets will need performances like that from its guys in the teams next game against the Nuggets. One advantage that the Rockets have over the defending champs is their record at home.
The Rockets have only lost one game inside the Toyota Center, while the Nuggets have struggled on the road with a 3-5 record. The Rockets will look to use that to their advantage in order to beat Nikola Jokić and the Nuggets.
