Houston Rockets vs. Minnesota Timberwolves Preview: How to Watch, Injury Reports, Lineups, More

The Houston Rockets will look to start a new win streak in their next game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Houston Rockets (23-25) will play the first game of a four-game road trip on Sunday against the Minnesota Timberwolves (34-15) in the Target Center. The Rockets will be looking to prove themselves against one the best teams in the NBA.

Houston was able to get a commanding win in its last game against the Toronto Raptors as a result of some great play from its rookies.

Cam Whitmore was the Rockets' leading scorer, as he finished the game with 25 points off the bench. This has become a trend for the young forward, as he is looking to prove that he deserves a larger role. Amen Thompson also played great off the bench, finishing with 19 points, seven rebounds, and four assists.

The team will need performance like this if they want to start a win streak against a team as good as the Timberwolves. They have surprised a lot of people this season, as they are tied for the best record in the Western Conference. If the Rockets want to prove that they can hang with the top teams, this would be the perfect game to do it.
