The Houston Rockets (22-24) will play in the second of a three-game home stand on Wednesday against the New Orleans Pelicans (26-21) in the Toyota Center.
The Rockets were able to get the win against LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday, and it was due in no small part to another great performance from Jalen Green. It was the second time in the past three games that the young guard has gone for over 30 points, as he finished with 34.
Alperen Sengen also had another great game, finishing with 31 points, 12 rebounds, and seven assists. But perhaps most importantly was Cam Whitmore, who scored 20 points, and continues to be a spark for the Rockets off the bench.
The Pelicans are coming into the Toyota Center after a 118-112 loss to the Boston Celtics Monday night. They are currently on a four-game road trip while on a three-game losing streak. The Pelicans currently sit in the eighth seed of the playoff picture.
