The San Antonio Spurs and Detroit Pistons will face off against each other on Friday in a matchup against two of the NBA's bottom teams.

The San Antonio Spurs return to the AT&T Center to take on the Detroit Pistons after a quick two-game road trip in New York. 

Following a 117-114 loss to the New York Knicks, the Spurs will be motivated to bounce back to get a win. However, they will be doing so without Devin Vassell in the lineup after he underwent arthroscopic surgery on his knee. 

The Pistons pulled off a 122-119 win over the shorthanded Golden State Warriors. Bojan Bogdanovic led the way with 29 points, four rebounds, and five assists. Detroit had six double-figure scorers in the game overall.
