Jae Crowder Embraces Former Suns Teammates After Game

In his first taste of action against the Phoenix Suns, there was nothing but love between Jae Crowder and his former teammates.

The Phoenix Suns and Jae Crowder officially split a few weeks ago, but the remnants of the drama that dates back to last summer between the two sides is still enough to generate conversation and storylines.

Sunday marked the first instance Crowder has come across Phoenix since first mutually agreeing to his absence in the preseason while the Suns worked on a trade for the power forward. In the final hours at the NBA trade deadline, Crowder was involved in the package that landed Phoenix Kevin Durant before eventually being dealt to the Milwaukee Bucks

Crowder didn't pitch in much for most of the game, though his back-to-back three's in the final minutes helped Milwaukee erase a Suns' lead before eventually overtaking Phoenix for their 14th consecutive victory.

After the game, Crowder was spotted embracing some of his former Suns teammates.

Crowder also told his teammates prior to the game that he wanted to get a win over Phoenix "real, real bad."

It's clear that there's no hard feelings between Crowder and the players he shared a court with for those handful of years. Even some of the coaching staff was spotted hugging and exchanging words with Crowder.

The negative feelings mostly resides towards Phoenix's front office, which is understandable on both ends considering how things played out.

The Suns and Bucks will see each other again soon, as Milwaukee makes the trip out to the desert on March 14. We'll see if things are any different in what will very likely be a hostile crowd.
