Devin Booker, Bradley Beal's Status Revealed vs Lakers

Can you expect the Phoenix Suns to have Bradley Beal and Devin Booker on the court together?

PHOENIX -- The Phoenix Suns released their initial injury report ahead of their road tilt with the Los Angeles Lakers, and two of their biggest names are considered to be doubtful.

DOUBTFUL: Devin Booker (left foot soreness) and Bradley Beal (low back tightness)

OUT: Damion Lee (knee)

The Lakers released their injury report, too.

PROBABLE: Cam Reddish (right foot soreness)

OUT: Jalen Hood-Schifino (right patella contusion) and Jarred Vanderbilt (left heel bursitis)

Booker played last night despite dealing with a toe injury, helping the Suns push to a 108-104 opening night victory over the Golden State Warriors. Booker scored 32 points on 13-21 shooting with six rebounds, eight assists and one steal in the win.

When asked about the toe injury postgame, Booker offered this:

“I'm not really too much worried about it, you know I feel complete when I’m back on the court so you know it's been a long summer start losing confidence in myself and I need to get back out on the court I feel better out there.”

Suns head coach Frank Vogel spoke postgame and said the team was initially hopeful Beal would play after he missed multiple preseason games with the back injury.

“Yeah, he is just not ready yet, he is trying to loosen up the back and he just isn't ready yet," said Suns head coach Frank Vogel.

“We are hopeful for Thursday but we’ll see.”

Without the two stars, the Suns could struggle on the road against a mostly healthy starting lineup for the Lakers. Grayson Allen started in place for Beal in Golden State, though it's unknown what the lineup would look like if both guards are out.

Suns-Lakers play on TNT with a 7:00 PM start time.
