Suns Release Starting Lineup vs Cavs

The Phoenix Suns welcome back Devin Booker to the starting lineup.

PHOENIX -- The Phoenix Suns are taking part in the first of a four-game road stint as the Cleveland Cavaliers play host in just about 30 minutes.

Frank Vogel's starting five:

Devin Booker
Bradley Beal
Grayson Allen
Kevin Durant
Jusuf Nurkic

The Suns are once again at full strength in the starting lineup following Booker's green light from a sprained ankle, which kept him out the previous four games.

Vogel told reporters he would not place Booker on a minutes restriction tonight.

Phoenix saw a short two-game winning streak snapped in Saturday's loss to Boston, which they were competitive in despite facing the best team in the league without Booker at their disposal. Durant scored 45 points in the loss.

Eric Gordon (knee contusion), Damion Lee (meniscus), Nassir Little (knee inflammation) and Josh Okogie (ab strain) all remain out for Phoenix.

Cleveland will be short-handed tonight with the following six players ruled out:

Ty Jerome (right ankle surgery), Donovan Mitchell (left knee bone bruise), Evan Mobley (left ankle sprain), Max Strus (right knee strain), Tristan Thompson (league suspension) and Dean Wade (personal reasons).

Phoenix hopes to improve their postseason standings as the approach tonight as the West's No. 6 seed with a 37-27 record.
