Injury Report, Updated Odds (3/6): Oklahoma City Thunder at Portland Trail Blazers

Oklahoma City has a huge opportunity to bounce back on Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Oklahoma City Thunder has lost two of its last three games. While neither game poses any serious issues or calls for any overreaction, the team needs to get back on track. On Wednesday, the team has the perfect opportunity to do so.

With a 42-19 record, the Thunder is the No. 2 team in the Western Conference, though the top three seeds in the conference are all tied in the loss column. They're taking on the No. 14 team in the conference in the Portland Trail Blazers, which is how they'll be able to bounce back.

The Thunder is a much, much more talented team than the Trail Blazers, who are in the middle of a much-needed rebuild. On the other hand, the Thunder projects to be one of the teams competing for an NBA Championship this season.

Injury Report

Thunder:

Ousmane Dieng, OUT (G League)

Adam Flagler, OUT (G League)

Keyontae Johnson, OUT (G League)

Jaylin Williams, OUT (Knee)

Trail Blazers:

Deandre Ayton, Doubtful (Hand)

Toumani Camara, Questionable (Illness)

Jerami Grant, Questionable (Quad)

Matisse Thybulle, Questionable (Hip)

Malcolm Brogdon, OUT (Elbow)

Scoot Henderson, OUT (Adductor)

Shaedon Sharpe, OUT (Abdominal)

Robert Williams III, OUT (Knee)

The Trail Blazers roster is gutted with injury. They're without plenty of key contributors, and their injury report borderline resembles the Thunder's of two or three years ago in the midst of the rebuild.

For the Thunder, they're mostly at full strength and should be just fine when it comes to taking care of business in this one.

Updated Odds

With the Trail Blazers' gutted roster and the No. 2 Thunder being mostly healthy, Oklahoma City is a 13.5-point favorite in this contest after opening as a 9.5-point favorite.

A win behind the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference, this could be a huge opportunity for the Thunder to get back on track with a momentum win before they return to their home floor.
