Golden State Warriors vs Atlanta Hawks Injury Report Revealed

There are some massive names listed on the injury report.

After a brief hiatus due to an unexpected tragedy, the Golden State Warriors find themselves playing against the Atlanta Hawks tonight. It's going to be an incredibly tough game from an emotional aspect for the Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors have four players listed on their injury report: Moses Moody, Chris Paul, Gary Payton II, and Brandin Podziemski. Moses Moody is out due to a left calf strain, Chris Paul is out due to a left-hand fracture, Gary Payton II is out due to a left hamstring strain, and Brandin Podziemski is questionable with general illness. Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green are all listed as available.

The Atlanta Hawks have seven players listed on their injury report: Trae Young, Kobe Bufkin, Bruno Fernando, Mouhamed Gueye, De'Andre Hunter, Vit Krejci, and Wesley Matthews.

Trae Young is out due to concussion protocol, Kobe Bufkin is out due to a G League assignment, Bruno Fernando is questionable with a left lower back spasm, Mouhamed Gueye is out due to a right lower back stress fracture, De'Andre Hunter is out due to right knee inflammation, Vit Krejci is out due to a left shoulder subluxation, and Wesley Matthews is out due to a right calf strain.

Playing against an Atlanta Hawks team without Trae Young is a game that could help the Warriors ease their toes back onto a basketball court after their hiatus, but it remains to be seen just how emotionally drained this team will be. Hopefully, stepping on the basketball court will give them some sort of solace.

The Golden State Warriors face off against the Atlanta Hawks at 10:00 p.m. EST tonight.
