Injury Report: Golden State Warriors vs Portland Trail Blazers

The Warriors are on the second night of a back-to-back.

The Golden State Warriors are on the second night of a back-to-back tonight against a young Portland Trail Blazers team. The Warriors have already beaten this team numerous times this season, but both games were close.

The Warriors have four players players listed on their injury report: Draymond Green, Gary Payton II, Andrew Wiggins, and Brandin Podziemski. Draymond Green is out due to an indefinite league suspension, Gary Payton II is out due to a right calf strain, Andrew Wiggins is questionable due to general illness, and Brandin Podziemski is probable with lower back soreness.

The Portland Trail Blazers have four players listed on their injury report: Robert Williams III, Shaedon Sharpe, Justin Minaya, and Toumani Camara. Robert Williams III is out with a right knee ligament tear, Shaedon Sharpe is out due to right adductor soreness, Justin Minaya is out due to a G League two-way, and Toumani Camara is probable with a right thumb sprain.

Even though the Trail Blazers have a record of 7-20, they've nearly beaten the Golden State Warriors twice and just beat the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday. The Warriors have been playing much better basketball since their team meeting, with a four-game winning streak and an overall 4-1 record. With how much ground the Warriors have to catch, this is not a game they can afford to lose.

The Golden State Warriors take on the Portland Trail Blazers at 8:30 p.m. EST tonight.
