Injury Report: Golden State Warriors vs Washington Wizards

Draymond Green and Jordan Poole are finally facing off.

For the first time ever, Jordan Poole is facing off against Draymond Green after getting traded from the Golden State Warriors due to getting punched in the face. The Warriors have the health advantage, but tonight has the chance to be fun.

The Golden State Warriors only have two players listed on their injury report: Gui Santos and Andrew Wiggins. Santos is out with right knee inflammation, and Andrew Wiggins is out due to personal reasons. Chris Paul is suiting up for the Warriors for the very first time since January 5. Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green are all listed as available as well.

The Washington Wizards have five players listed on their injury report: Deni Avdija, Bilal Coulibaly, Corey Kispert, Isaiah Livers, and Landry Shamet. Deni Avdija is questionable due to a left heel contusion, Bilal Coulibaly is out due to a right pelvic contusion, Corey Kispert is questionable due to a non-covid illness, Isaiah Livers is out due to right hip joint capsule inflammation, and Landry Shamet is questionable due to a neck strain. Both Jordan Poole and Kyle Kuzma are listed as available.

Jordan Poole hasn't panned out to what analysts expected him to be, but he did just drop 31 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists against the Cleveland Cavaliers on 52/46/100 shooting. One would have to assume he's going to be incredibly motivated to go against Draymond Green after being hit by him.

The Golden State Warriors and Washington Wizards face off at 7:00 p.m. EST tonight.
