Klay Thompson Gives Shocking Reaction to Warriors Fans Booing Team
It looks like the Warriors may be in the worst place the franchise has ever been during the Steph Curry. The team looks dejected, isn't winning games, and even fans are booing the team. Some players, don't even seem to care about it either.
After the Warriors were shockingly blown out by the New Orleans Pelicans at home on Wednesday night, Klay Thompson gave an even more shocking response to the fans booing the team at home.
"I don't care," Thompson said immediately about the boos. "Are we supposed to lose sleep over it?"
It's hard to believe Klay Thompson doesn't care about his own fans booing him on the court. Klay is probably incredbily frustrated and doesn't know how to answer a question about a situation he's never been in before. If those feelings are true though, that's a very alarming answer for Warriors fans and isn't one any fan would want to hear their star player say.
At this point, it seems very clear who the Warriors are at this point during the season. They're a team that is incapable of of holding big leads, can't close games, and will hover around .500 all season. Now more than ever, it feels like the Warriors need to make a trade for a big star, but the question of "at what cost" remains looming.
