Paul George Suggests Shocking Warriors Trade for an All-Star

The Golden State Warriors need to make a move.

The Golden State Warriors don't need to blow up their entire core, but the team definitely needs to make a move. Clippers All-Star Paul George has a specific idea in mind that may work.

On an episode of Podcast P, Paul George suggested that the Warriors trade Jonathan Kuminga for Pascal Siakam with the Raptors.

"I saw them put in Pascal [Siakam] and [Jonathan] Kuminga in a trade, and I thought about it and thought that's a win for both sides," George said. "Obviously, Golden State would have to add more just from a contract meeting up, but he can be a number one option but that's not where he's the best at. I think [Siakam] being the second, third option is where he can really shine."

The Golden State Warriors need another All-Star to join Steph Curry. Jonathan Kuminga is reportedly unhappy with Steve Kerr, so it makes sense from all sides to pull the trigger on the trade.

"I think it works perfectly playing with Steph, playing with Klay," George said. "They spread the floor, he can rebound, he can play make. Then Kuminga, coming into his own. Toronto's kind of in this rebuild but ready to get better and win now mode right now. They just traded for RJ, Quickley."

Steph Curry is 35 years old, and still one of the greatest players in the NBA. While he's still fantastic, he's not getting any younger, and the Warriors need to make moves now while he's playing and healthy.
