Steph Curry Reacts to Golden State Warriors' Trade Deadline

The Golden State Warriors had a quiet trade deadline

Despite being 11th in the Western Conference, the Golden State Warriors had a very quiet trade deadline. While they opened up a roster spot by dealing Cory Joseph for a second round pick, the Warriors did not do anything else, which leaves their roster mostly untouched.

When asked about the deadline following Golden State's win over the Indiana Pacers, and how in the loop he was, Steph Curry said, "The normal conversations of, 'We're thinking about this. There's opportunity for that.' But really, it was very quiet for the most part. Especially today."

Curry then spoke on losing Cory Joseph, saying, "Sucks losing Cory. If anybody knows Cory Joseph and his personality, his presence. He’s the ultimate professional. He brings just a great spirit in the locker room, helping the young guys. He’s been around, he knows how to play. That type of guy is a connector and we’re gonna miss him for sure. That was obviously a tough one. I understand the business of the game and the money and all that, but we’re gonna miss him for sure."

With the Warriors not making any additions to their roster, Curry said he is comfortable with what they have, and didn't get too worked up about the possibility of a big trade.

The Warriors have a lot to figure out, but they have been playing better of late.
