Warriors Champion Signs With Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings signed themselves a very solid piece.

In what may be a very unexpected move for the month of December, the Sacramento Kings have signed former Golden State Warriors champion Juan Toscano-Anderson.

Adrian Wojnarowski revealed that the Golden State Warriors have signed Juan Toscano-Anderson to a one-year deal.

Toscano-Anderson had played with the Los Angeles Lakers and Utah Jazz after winning a championship with the Golden State Warriors. During his final year with the Warriors in 2022, Toscano-Anderson averaged 4.1 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.7 assists on 49/32/57 shooting. He hasn't quite found the same level of success with the Lakers or Jazz, but he's clearly still a player that teams should take a chance on. In August of 2023, the Warriors actually held a free-agent workout with Toscano-Anderson before the season started.

Being a 6'6 forward, Kings fans should expect someone who has a level of hustle and ability to grab boards. At 30 years old, there aren't too many opportunities like this that come every day. The Sacramento Kings have the potential to contend for an NBA Championship and have great chemistry, and it could be a situation that's perfect for Toscano-Anderson.

Even though JTA is no longer a member of the Golden State Warriors, he's a player that fans should remember fondly forever. Anyone who is a member of a championship roster should always be beloved.
