Could Bengals Target Former Bills Safety Jordan Poyer
CINCINNATI — The Bills released former All-Pro safety Jordan Poyer according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The Bengals are on the hunt for a veteran safety. Could Poyer be the veteran they need alongside Dax Hill, Jordan Battle and Tycen Anderson?
The answer could be yes, but he's nearly 33-years-old and the safety market is flooded with veteran options. While it wouldn't be shocking to see Poyer land with a contender, it's hard to imagine the Bengals targeting the Pro Bowler.
The veteran had 100 tackles, four passes defensed and one sack for the Bills last season.
