Josh Allen has plowed through Friday with good news ... as the Buffalo Bills try to plow through the snow ...

The Bills are involved in a topsy-turvy situation regarding their practice, travel and playing schedule ... but one way or another, they need to find a way to get healthy on the scoreboard and in the standings.

That starts with a who's who regarding Friday's practice participation ahead of Sunday's "home game'' against the Cleveland Browns... which will actually be played at Detroit's Ford Field due to a weekend blizzard in Buffalo.

The good news for Buffalo? The Bills star quarterback, coming off a pair of (for him) subpar games, has been on the field for work this week.

And for Josh Allen, that was probably going to again be the case on Friday ... but now there is no Friday workout at all due to the blizzard.

UPDATE: Allen does not have a game injury status and is therefore expected to play.

Meanwhile, coach Sean McDermott has already ruled out a trio of defensive standouts, including Tre'Davious White, Tremaine Edmunds and Greg Rousseau.

Allen, of course, suffered his elbow injury against the Jets in Week 9, missed a few of days of practice last week, and then was able to play against the Vikings in what become a painful OT loss pockmarked by a handful of Allen errors.

Allen is planning on playing for the 6-3 Bills, who face the 3-6 Browns on Sunday in a snow-moved game in Detroit.
