The Denver Broncos host a 2-5 Cleveland Browns team today thinking Week 9's tilt is a get-right game. Maybe it is.

Only the Broncos can disabuse the Browns of that notion, if one exists. This game will be replete with a multitude of obstacles for the Broncos, not the least of which is Brandon Allen making his first career start at quarterback.

It's going to be fun to watch and see how it all unfolds. Meanwhile, the last time the Browns were in Denver, Baker Mayfield emerged with a gritty win.

Even though the Browns have won the same sorry amount of games as the Broncos, they're not a team to overlook and they're reeling right now, which could result in this being a get-right game for Denver.

End of quarter: Broncos 7, Browns 0.

Second Quarter

Broncos 7, Browns 3

12:36: TOUCHDOWN BRONCOS! Brandon Allen hits Noah Fant on a crossing route that Fant takes 75 yards TO THE HOUSE! Poor Browns tackling and Fant's explosiveness leads to the longest play from scrimmage from the Broncos offense this season. McManus boots the extra-point through.
