No team is impervious to the vagaries of the injury bug, especially five games into the NFL season. The Denver Broncos have rolled with the punches nonetheless, eeking out their first win of the season last week in Los Angeles. 

In Week 6, the Broncos draw a 2-3 Tennessee Titans squad — a team similarly groping for an identity and struggling with inconsistent production. 

The Broncos ruled one player out for Week 6, while listing three others as questionable.

If you were holding your breath in hopes that right tackle Ja'Wuan James would make his return to the starting lineup this week, that ember of optimism still burns, but he doesn't appear to be trending toward suiting up. Never say never, but with Tennessee ruling out edge rusher Cameron Wake, the Broncos might choose to bite the bullet on going one more week without their prized free-agent acquisition.
